Business ideas for a Pecha Kucha talk in 2009 → Spar shops were replacing corner shops in Dublin at a fast rate in the 2000s. At the same time the city’s public bus service felt increasingly disconnected and difficult to use. As part of an evening of talks with the Irish Architecture Foundation, I gave a talk proposing Spar tweak their strategic operations in Dublin by launching a bus service entirely run by Spar shops.             There were also proposals around prisions which looking back I now think are a little tasteless.
